Stand design & 3D
Concept, layout and visitor flow, materials and lighting, with photoreal 3D renders for sign-off before anything is built.
Fabrication & build
Custom stands and pavilions built by our own crews: structure, joinery, flooring, counters and displays, finished to the standard of a permanent interior.
Graphics & print
Large-format graphics, illuminated signage and lightboxes, plus brochures and catalogues for the show, translated for the local market when you need it.
Lighting, AV & connectivity
Lighting, LED walls, screens, power and internet, installed and tested before opening, so your team only has to plug in.
Logistics & installation
Technical drawings, venue requirements, freight and build schedules, coordinated so the stand goes up on time inside the venue's build window.
Show support & breakdown
A team on call through the show days, then dismantling and clearance when the doors close.
Selected
work.
National pavilions, brand stands and long-running exhibition programmes. Each project shows the brief, the design and the build.
Every structure begins as a spatial strategy.
Before anything is fabricated, we resolve the plan: how visitors move, what they see first, how the brand reads from across the hall, and how light, materials and screens work together.
You sign off detailed 3D renders, and what you approve is what gets built. Our Beijing pavilion was delivered on site almost line for line from its render.
From brief to opening day.
One point of contact and a clear sequence, so there are no surprises on build day.

Engineered for
execution.
Heavy volumes suspended over open walkways, LED walls fitted from scaffolding, graphics hung by hand, all inside a venue’s fixed build window. A crew of 25 built the Beijing pavilion in three days. That is the kind of build we plan for.
Multi‑Market
Execution.
With studios in London, Shanghai and Hong Kong, we have delivered stands and pavilions across China, Japan, Australia and the Middle East, managing cross-border logistics, fabrication and on-site coordination.
We often work for exhibitors who fly in for the show. You brief us remotely, approve the renders online and arrive to a finished, working stand, while we deal with local suppliers, the venue and the organiser.
Talk to our teamQuestions we're often asked
Yes. We design, build and install the stand and set up everything it runs on, from lighting and AV to power and internet. Your team arrives with its products and plugs in.
Yes. We can build from your agency’s drawings, produce the graphics only, or manage the stand on site. Turnkey is one option, not a requirement.
Wherever the show is. We have delivered stands and pavilions in China, Japan, Australia and the Middle East, and work regularly at China’s major exhibition centres, including Shanghai’s National Exhibition and Convention Center and the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, for shows such as Bakery China and China Brand Day.
That depends on the stand and the venue’s build window, which is usually only a few days. We make as much as possible off site so the build is quick: our 930 m² Beijing pavilion went up in three days with a crew of 25.
Often. Exhibitors from Europe and elsewhere brief us remotely, approve renders online and arrive to a finished stand. We handle the local suppliers, the venue and the organiser.
Yes. We designed and built Beijing’s pavilion at China Brand Day, with 25 companies in five themed zones, and have been Mission Foods’ exhibition partner for 15 years.
Yes. For Bridor we produced a Chinese-language catalogue, from the cover photography and layout to translation and printing in Shanghai.
